You can return eligible products within 7 days of delivery in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.
Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are tailored specifically for you.

For UAE orders, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs process.
